I offer line editing, copyediting, and proofreading for authors, academics, and businesses. I provide services for books, dissertations, papers, and articles. Each project is carefully edited through Microsoft Word.

  • Line editing edits for structure, flow, and readability. Every paragraph is meticulously checked for a number of editorial needs ranging from grammatical errors to typos to confusing content. Cost is $0.0256 per word for fiction and $0.034 per word for nonfiction and will be invoiced.

  • Copyediting services focus on grammar, mechanics, and clarity. It creates clear and precise communication for every paragraph. Cost is $0.0256 per word for fiction and $0.034 per word for nonfiction and will be invoiced.

  • Proofreading focuses on line-by-line typo check. This is the final step in the editing process and is most often paired with line editing and/or copyediting. Cost is $0.0256 per word for fiction and $0.034 per word for nonfiction and will be invoiced.

  • This service combines line editing, copyediting, and proofreading. The text will be line edited and copyedited first. Upon completion of those edits the author will return the document for the final proofreading. Cost is $0.0256 per word for fiction and $0.034 per word for nonfiction and will be invoiced.
